Tenant Eco Guide

MB Real Estate's corporate Sustainable Solutions Committee has put together this guide to guide and encourage you and your colleagues to participate in environmental best practices in order to make our offices, our buildings, and ultimately our city, a little more sustainable.

The guide is broken down following the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) categories and includes initiatives that will help improve the environment by addressing Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, and Indoor Air Quality. All initiatives are supported with environmental, economic, and social benefits, as well as with resources for anyone who would like to further explore ways to reduce your carbon footprint.
